QuizFig (“QuizFig”, “we”, “us”) operates quizfig.com, a free collection of personality and pop-culture quizzes. This page explains what information is processed when you use the site, how cookies and advertising work, and the choices and rights you have. You do not need an account to take a quiz.
Quiz answers are processed locally in your browser to compute your result and are not stored on our servers with your identity. To operate, protect, and measure the service, our servers and selected processors automatically handle technical data such as your IP address, the pages requested, browser/device type, referring URL, and request timestamps. We use the IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and we record aggregated, de-identified quiz-completion counts (how many times a quiz was completed on a given day — never the answers).
With your consent where required, we use: (a) Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies or similar identifiers to report how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device, traffic source); and (b) Google AdSense, which uses cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. Google’s advertising cookies (including the DART cookie) let Google and its partners serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com) and via your device/browser settings. QuizFig uses no other third-party advertising network.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a consent banner appears before non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are stored. If you accept, personalized advertising and full analytics may be used. If you reject, we keep those signals denied and Google serves only limited, non-personalized advertising. Your choice is remembered on this device; you can change it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on consent for analytics and advertising cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), and on legitimate interests for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)). Rate-limit records expire within minutes; aggregated completion counters are retained for up to 100 days; hosting/platform logs are retained by our hosting provider (Vercel) under its own terms. Google’s retention rules apply to data collected through its services. Information may be processed in countries other than your own; Google relies on appropriate transfer mechanisms.
Users in the EEA/UK have the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information for money; the advertising uses described above are disclosed here. QuizFig is intended for general audiences, but some quizzes are based on child-oriented franchises (for example Bluey, Disney, Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite, My Little Pony and Peppa Pig). Those specific pages are designated child-directed: they serve no advertisements and run no analytics or behavioral tracking. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
All quizzes are unofficial, fan-made content provided for entertainment and self-reflection only.
